Gareth Bale, Luka Modric and Rafael van der Vaart will miss Saturday’s trip to Sunderland but Jonathan Woodgate is in the squad for the Premier League clash.
The defender, who has been blighted by groin trouble, played his first 90 minutes of football since November 2009 in Wednesday’s Spurs XI friendly with QPR.
‘Woody’ was previously on the First Team bench for our win at Blackburn last week but Harry Redknapp feels the 31-year-old has taken another significant step forward.
However, the aforementioned injured trio will not travel to the North East as they continue to recover from back, appendix and calf injuries respectively, with the manager still unsure whether they will be fit to face AC Milan in the Champions League next week.
Harry said: “They’re all struggling at the moment. Luka’s had his appendix operation and has just started jogging so he’s not fit for tomorrow.
“Rafa’s got a calf strain and is not fit for tomorrow, and Gareth is coming back slowly from his back injury and is unavailable as well.
“Hopefully they won’t be too long. It’s difficult to know [whether they will be fit for Milan] but Sunderland’s a key game for us and I’m only worrying about that.”
On ‘Woody’, Harry continued: “Jonathan’s in the squad tomorrow. He’s had a good week and came through 90 minutes against QPR in a friendly game.
“They sent a decent team, it was a decent test for him, and he came through it fine – so he’s in the squad.”
The manager also gave an update on the progress of club captain Ledley King following groin surgery earlier this week.
Harry added: “He’s had the op, he’s back here and we’re starting to get him going again. He’s on the running machine today and working in the gym with the fitness coaches.
“Hopefully, if his groin gets sorted and we can manage his knee, we’ll have Ledley back in the not-to-distant future.”
Tom Huddlestone (ankle) and Younes Kaboul (knee) also remain sidelined.

Harry Redknapp reports that a number of players are closing in on fitness - but won't be ready to face Wolves on Sunday.
Those players include skipper Ledley King, who trained with the group this morning (Friday, March 4) as he steps up his rehabilitation following groin surgery.
Gareth Bale (back) and Rafa van der Vaart (calf) are also on the way back. Harry insisted both remained doubtful for Wolves but next Wednesday's huge Champions League last 16 second leg against AC Milan is a realistic target for both.

08 March 2011 |
Rafa van der Vaart is available to face AC Milan in the Champions League tomorrow night.
However, Harry Redknapp reported that Gareth Bale was 'touch and go' to start the last 16, second leg at the Lane.
Dutch maestro Rafa, 12 goals in 24 appearances this season, played an hour of our 1-0 first leg win in the San Siro on February 15 but a calf problem has ruled him out of our last two matches at Blackpool and Wolves.
"Rafa's okay," said Harry. "He trained this morning and yesterday, and worked particularly hard yesterday. He came through with no problems and he's available."
Gareth returned to action with a 20-minute stint off the bench in Sunday's draw at Wolves.
That was the Welsh flyer's first action since departing early at Newcastle with a back problem that subsequently kept him out for six weeks.
Some Things you might want to know:
- Tottenham have a 100 per cent record at home in this year’s competition and have scored at least three at White Hart Lane in every fixture.
- The hosts have the third best possession percentage in the competition, averaging 57% - this is only bettered by Bayern Munich and Barcelona.
- Aaron Lennon has the joint highest number of assists in this season’s Champions League, setting up five goals for the White Hart Lane outfit.
- As well as scoring a hat-trick against Young Boys in the play-off round, Peter Crouch is the seventh highest scorer in this season's Champions League proper, having netted four goals in seven games.
- Spurs are tghe second highest scorers in the competition with 19 goals and a scoring average of 2.71 per game, only one behind Arsenal.
- In contrast, Milan are the joint lowest scorers, alongside Manchester United, to remain in the competition with seven goals and a scoring average of only a goal a game.
- Zlatan Ibrahimovic has committed 19 fouls in the Champions League so far this season, more than any other player remaining in the competion. The Swede has also been caught offside more than any other player so far in the competition, seeing the flag raised 14 times in eight games.
- The visitors have received more bookings than any other team, having picked up 20, an average of 2.86 a game.

Predicted Score:
Most Tottenham fans fancy us to win it considering we'll have
super Bale and Van de man back, including the fact we have a
precious 1-0 advantage over the Italians. But some have yet, as most
Spurs fans do, come up the conclusion that will we lay back on the 1-0 lead
and eventually capitulate. So, taking all this into account I'll go for 3-1 Spurs
I've got a feeling Milan will score but with all their injury poblems and us being at the Lane the crowd, whatever the mindset, will play a big part and we will most
certainly be up for it. COYS.
